Refund policy
We utilize the highest standards when making, printing, packaging and shipping your items. If an unexpected circumstance causes damage to your item during transit or if you receive the wrong order, please email us at baymaps@outlook.com so that we might remedy this for you.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a request for return, you can contact us baymaps@outlook.com. If your request for return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There is no restocking fee but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
If your purchase arrives in damaged condition or you received the wrong order, please email us so that we might remedy this for you.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on custom or personalized maps, framed products, sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
